Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of custodial employees.
• Train and instruct staff in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure custodial services meet site needs and are properly equipped.
• Issues supplies to custodians as needed and conduct inspections.
• Report accidents, incidents, and personnel issues to supervisor.
• Interview, hire, plan and direct work and ensure conformance with SBM policies.
• Monitor PPE use and provide corrective action recommendations.
