Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and lead a team of custodians. The role focuses on supervising staff, ensuring sanitation standards, and maintaining OSHA compliance across assigned sites.

The supervisor will coordinate tasks, monitor performance, and implement safety procedures while aligning with SBM policies. Bachelor’s degree preferred, with an emphasis on operations or facilities management when possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates with an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and experience will be considered.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of custodial employees.
• Train and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure custodial services meet site needs and quality expectations.
• Provide equipment and supplies to custodians and issue supplies as needed.
• Conduct regular quality, service, and safety inspections and report findings.
• Evaluate and recommend new custodial supplies and equipment after testing.
• Ensure contractor services are performed as contracted by inspecting work.
• Report issues to supervisor and address complaints and problems.
• Maintain employee records including attendance and metrics.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field
