Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative Lead to oversee janitorial staff, ensure cleanliness, and provide guidance under the Custodial Supervisor. The role focuses on directing daily tasks, safety, and equipment use in a night-shift environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years related experience, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and possibly forklift certification. Strong communication and knowledge of cleaning methods are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification; may require a valid driver’s license; forklift certification may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions; strong verbal and written communication; knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Track and maintain supplies inventory.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor.
• Monitor employees for proper use of PPE and supplies.
• Correct at risk behavior, then report to the supervisor immediately.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
