Job summary

Chimes DC Brand is seeking a Lead Worker for a Monday–Friday, 4:30pm–11:00pm shift at our Fort Meade site. You will oversee custodial staff, perform daily cleaning, and ensure adherence to contract specs while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

You will mentor new custodians, coordinate tasks, and report issues to supervisory staff. Prior custodial experience and a valid CPR/FR certification are preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Six months of custodial experience preferred.
• Valid CPR/FR certification preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a custodial team to achieve daily targets.
• Perform cleaning and sanitizing across all assigned areas.
• Transport team members, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Report facilities issues and ensure contract specifications are met.
• Assist with training staff in proper cleaning procedures.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in all work spaces.
