Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Radiology Department for night shifts, 5x12hr shifts every two weeks, 7p–7a. Biweekly 60 hours with every-other Sunday weekends and on-call duties. Includes a generous sign-on bonus and cross-training opportunities across CT procedures.

Responsibilities include producing high-quality CT images, assisting with CT-guided procedures, coordinating patient schedules, and educating patients to ensure comfort and understanding of exams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• AHA BLS certification or obtain within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, tumor ablations.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examinations.
• Communicate effectively and work under supervision as part of the CT team.
