Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specializing in CT to join our night shift team. You will perform CT imaging, assist with CT-guided procedures, and educate patients to maintain safety and comfort.

Requirements include ARRT CT credential or within one year, an Ohio Radiographer License, and BLS certification. External applicants may qualify for a $15,000 sign-on bonus; great benefits and a collaborative Radiology department await.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• ACLS/BLS certification or within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images across diverse settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Schedule and coordinate imaging for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment, and examinations to ensure understanding and comfort.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and work well under stress as part of the CT team.
