Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center in Westwood, NJ is seeking a night shift, full-time Cat Scan - CT Technologist to perform all CT examinations and support patient care.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT-registered, with CT certification or eligible, and NJ X-ray licensure; BLS within 14 days of hire. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and strong patient communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as an RT.
• CT Certification or certification eligible with successful completion within 6 months of hire.
• Licensed by the NJ Department of Environmental Protection Bureau of X-ray compliance.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering personalized, professional patient care and quality service.
• Perform all CT examinations and transport patients to and from Imaging Services.
• Prepare departmental paperwork and answer phones; schedule patients.
• Enter and retrieve patient data in PACS and HIS; maintain a clean, organized work area.
