Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network in Stroudsburg, PA seeks a Full-Time Cat Scan Technologist for the night shift to perform CT examinations and assist Radiologists during invasive procedures. The role requires ARRT credentials or eligibility, with CT registry within a year and prior CT experience preferred.

You will ensure high-quality imaging, manage contrast injections, and communicate findings while maintaining patient safety and compliance with department policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ARRT-recognized program or ARRT registered; CT registry required within 1 year.
• New Jersey or Pennsylvania candidates considered with ARRT credentials and licensure.
• One year of CT experience preferred; BLS training within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Directly assists Radiologist during invasive procedures and performs CT exams as directed.
• Communicate clinical observations to Radiologist and document patient history.
• Inject contrast per policy and manage patient safety during scans.
• Ensure accurate patient data and PACS transfer; verify correct imaging worklist.
• Maintain image quality, downtime procedures, and participate in ongoing education.
