Job summary

St. Luke’s Warren Campus is seeking a Per-diem CT Technologist to join our radiology team. The role supports Radiologists during invasive procedures and performs CT examinations, communicating findings and ensuring image quality for PACS submission.

Qualified candidates will have ARRT certification, NJ state license, and CT registry within 1 year; 1 year of CT experience is required, 2+ years preferred. Work hours are variable and as needed across the network.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ARRT-recognized education program or ARRT registered.
• Advanced CT registry required within 1 year of hire.
• NJ candidate: ARRT-recognized School of Radiologic Technology; A.A.S. degree preferred.
• Current NJDEP license and ARRT registration required.
• 1 year CT experience required; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly assists Radiologist during invasive procedures and performs CT scans as directed.
• Communicates clinical observations during CT scans to Radiologist.
• Ensures accuracy of patient information and associated documentation before sending to PACS.
• Maintains knowledge of RIS/HIS modules and quality of digital images.
• Provides patient education regarding examinations.
