Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join the CT team on a night shift. You will perform CT imaging, assist with CT-guided biopsies, and ensure patient comfort and safety in a high-volume hospital setting.

Qualifications include an accredited radiologic program, ARRT registry, and an Ohio radiographer license; CT credential within one year is expected. Strong communication and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produces quality CT images in diverse settings.
• Assists with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Educates patients about procedures, equipment and exams.
• Schedules and coordinates inpatient and outpatient imaging.
• Exhibits on-the-spot critical thinking and effective communication.
• Works well independently and as part of the CT team.
