Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join the team at the Cleveland site. The role involves producing high-quality CT images, assisting with procedures, and coordinating patient flow for inpatients and outpatients.

Applicants must be ARRT-certified in radiography, obtain ARRT CT certification (or have it within a year), hold an Ohio Radiographer License, and maintain BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images and perform CT-guided procedures, including biopsies and drain placements.
• Assist radiologists and nursing staff during procedures.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and examination to maintain understanding.
