Job summary

H&S Energy Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations, cashiering, and ensure food and beverage quality. You will create a welcoming environment, assist customers with product knowledge, and uphold safety standards at a busy retail fuel station.

You will handle cash register operations, process transactions, and maintain presentation of shelves and displays while following company policies and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Deliver accurate service at checkout and maintain a positive attitude.
• Communicate current promotions and product recommendations to customers.
• Represent the company with professionalism in appearance and conduct.
• Operate POS system for all transactions and handle cash accurately.
• Verify age for restricted items and process refunds per policy.
• Stock shelves and maintain store cleanliness and displays.
• Prepare and maintain self-serve food/beverage stations and follow food safety guidelines.
• Maintain facility cleanliness including restrooms and fueling area.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards to management.
• Assist with car wash operations if applicable and follow shift duties checklist.
