Job summary

Summa Health System, Barberton Campus, seeks an RN for the Emergency Department. This full-time role is 36 hours per week, with night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

The position emphasizes delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating nursing services, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Required ADN with BSN preferred; current Ohio RN license. ACLS/BLS certifications within six months may be required.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Current Ohio RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications required or obtainable within specified timeframe
• 1 year RN experience; ED or weekend option experience valued

Responsibilities

• Provide, coordinate and/or delegate nursing care in the ED
• Manage and allocate nursing resources for patients, families and community
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
