Job summary

Southeast Health in Dothan, AL, is seeking a registered nurse for the Critical Care Unit. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients, from neonates to geriatric adults.

Night shifts 7:00 pm–7:00 am, full-time 0.9 FTE. The role requires ACLS/BLS, ICU/CCU knowledge, and strong computer skills; you will contribute to a culture of exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• RN license in Alabama (compact allowed) and hospital-based licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ACLS and BLS required or within 3 months of hire.
• ICU/CCU knowledge including EKG and stroke protocols.
• Proficient in Windows-based PC software.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients.
• Care for patients across infant to geriatric age groups per hospital policy.
• Support the mission, vision and values of Southeast Health.
