Job summary

Southeast Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical/Surgical Services (2 East–7 East) in Dothan, AL. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for adult and geriatric inpatients, while adhering to hospital policies and standards.

The role requires a current RN license in Alabama, English proficiency, and completion of BLS and ICU-related coursework; ACLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state.
• Successful completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Successful completion of institutional Intermediate EKG Course.
• ACLS preferred; required for Special Procedures.
• Experience with Windows-based computer software.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult and geriatric Medical/Surgical patients.
• Follow hospital policies and procedures in the Medical/Surgical Unit (2 East–7 East).
• Provide nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with the healthcare team.
