Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assesses learning needs and adapts education to patient age, culture, and values.
• Documents admissions, reassessments, plans, interventions and medications per policy.
• Uses information systems to communicate changes in patient condition to the care team.
• Communicates transfer of patient responsibility during bedside rounds.
• Incorporates pain management and supportive care into the plan of care.
• Maintains infection control standards and a safe environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
