Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or must complete BSN within 5 years if holding an Associate’s Degree.
• Licensed Registered Nurse or eligible for licensure in Virginia.
• 2+ years of critical care RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient health assessments and formulate individualized care plans.
• Support patients and families throughout the healthcare continuum.
• Advocate for patients’ rights and coordinate care transitions.
