Responsibilities include access control, badge issuance, fingerprint updates, CCTV monitoring, and incident reporting. The position offers both full-time and part-time options with a focus on customer service and vigilance.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State Security Guard License.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Overnight availability.
• Prior security experience preferred.
• Experience with access control systems preferred.
• Ability to learn and operate security technology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Slack or similar messaging platforms.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the facility.
• Operate C-Cure access control and badge systems.
• Process tickets with D-Boss/Site Pass.
• Update fingerprints in BioConnect for biometric readers.
• Monitor CCTV for unusual activity and enforce security protocols.
• Check-in visitors and verify authorization before entry.
• Communicate professionally via intercom and radio.
• Collaborate with security team and client personnel.
• Prepare detailed incident reports.
• Provide professional service to employees, visitors and vendors.
