• Process site access with D-Boss/Site Pass.
• Update fingerprints in BioConnect for biometric readers.
• Monitor CCTV and report suspicious activity.
• Check-in visitors and ensure authorization.
• Communicate with visitors via intercom and radio.
• Enforce security policies and incident response.
• Prepare accurate incident reports.
• Provide professional customer service to staff and visitors.
• Collaborate with teammates and client personnel.
• Utilize Slack and Microsoft Office for tasks.
