Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology.
• Five or more years of experience as MLS/MLT in a clinical lab.
• TN Laboratory Supervisor License or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Core Laboratory operations.
• Perform bench work and maintain competency in technical operations.
• Ensure tests are performed accurately and results reported timely.
• Directly supervise, train, and mentor lab personnel.
• Monitor workflow and schedule adequate assay coverage.
• Ensure proper staffing for all shifts.
