Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items for third-shift customers.
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail dining environment.
• Rotate between multiple workstations, including the deli and grill areas.
• Prepare food according to recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Operate and maintain food service equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and customer service areas.
• Stock food, beverages, supplies, and serving areas throughout the shift.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking responsibilities as assigned.
• Serve as a relief cashier and accurately process cash, credit card, and mobile transactions.
• Crosstrain as a backup cashier to provide coverage during breaks and periods of operational need.
• Follow all departmental food safety, sanitation, infection prevention, and HACCP standards.
• Support team operations by adapting to changing assignments and business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrated back-of-house (BOH) food preparation and cooking skills.
