Ocean State Job Lot in North Kingstown, RI, is hiring a Conveyor Mechanic for our 1.3 million square foot DC. You will maintain and repair conveyors and wrapping machines, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, an OSHA 30-hour certification, ability to operate powered industrial equipment, and a safety-first mindset.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–3 years of conveyor maintenance/repair experience required.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment and obtain a license.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• Knowledge of conveyor systems, NFPA, and safety codes.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyor and wrapping equipment.
• Lubricate, troubleshoot, and repair DC machinery daily.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
• Conduct emergency repairs as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain clean, safe work areas.
