Remedi SeniorCare is seeking a Control Room Technician to ensure accurate fulfillment of controlled substance orders for long-term care facilities. This on-site role supports pharmacists through careful packaging, labeling, verification, and proper documentation, ensuring compliance with all federal and state requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Package and label controlled substance medications into specialized packaging for pharmacist review.
• Manage workflow to ensure all orders are packaged, labeled, verified, and toted.
• Stage and tote finished products, completing chain-of-custody documentation for courier hand-off.
• Maintain documentation and records for controlled substances.
• Assist with CIM inventory for Schedule II medications dispensed, received, or removed.
• Assist with prepackaging of controlled substances for future use and ensure appropriate documentation is maintained.
• Fulfill replenishment requests for long-term care facilities' on-site emergency supplies.
• Support audits and inventory processes as needed.
