Martin Marietta is hiring a Control Room Operator to monitor and control aggregate plant operations from a centralized control system. Safety is the top priority, with the CRO coordinating with plant personnel to prevent incidents while maintaining production efficiency.

The role requires handling pre-shift inspections, operating related systems, and maintaining daily shipping and production reports in a fast-paced environment at our Oklahoma facility.

Qualifications

• Requires math proficiency and the ability to operate control systems safely.
• Must be computer literate and able to learn new software.
• Good written and verbal English communication is required.
• Ability to read gauges/dials and make informed processing decisions.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments and be a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control plant operations from a centralized control system.
• Adjust equipment programming to maximize production.
• Answer calls professionally and direct inquiries as needed.
• Maintain ticket records, weigh trucks, and operate the Mapper system.
