Qualifications

• Experience in a control room, SCADA, or remote monitoring is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of production equipment, safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and follow company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously monitor production and equipment via SCADA, dashboards, and trend data.
• Identify deviations from normal operating conditions and investigate root causes.
• Perform remote operations within approved procedures and authority limits.
• Maintain accurate shift logs, alarms, events, and communications.
• Provide concise status updates and thorough shift handovers.
• Identify opportunities to improve alarm rationalization, monitoring practices, and reporting tools.
