Job summary

Procon Consulting, LLC in Orlando is seeking an experienced Night Construction Inspector to support a roof replacement and exterior façade repair at an occupied federal facility. This onsite role provides inspection and QA oversight during night shifts to ensure work complies with drawings, specs, and codes.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of construction practices, ability to read drawings, and experience with multiple disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP, life-safety).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction industry experience, preferably in inspection, QA/QC, or construction management.
• Experience as a Construction Inspector, QA/QC Inspector, QA/QC Manager, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite night-shift construction inspection and QA oversight.
• Inspect workmanship, materials, and installation for compliance with drawings, specs, contract requirements, and regulations.
• Monitor progress, document field activities, and prepare daily inspection reports.
