Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise night-shift superintendents and craft professionals.
• Direct craft activities, schedules, and subcontract work across disciplines.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule adherence during night shifts.
• Coordinate with day-shift leadership to align work scopes and priorities.
• Own night-shift performance, production metrics, and corrective actions.
• Promote Bechtel Zero Tolerance Safety Culture and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee turnover, handoff, and documentation to the day shift.
