Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation is seeking a Deputy Night Shift Manager to supervise and coordinate night shift construction activities for a major megaproject in Clay, NY. You will support field engineering, procurement, and project controls to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.

Lead a multidisciplinary team across subcontractors and Bechtel personnel, maintaining strong client relations, enforcing plans, and guiding cost management and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s or master’s degree (or international equivalent) and 13–15 years of relevant experience or 17–19 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate construction activities and related functions for large, complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports organization and execution of construction and related activities for a major project or significant portion of a mega-project.
• Serves as deputy night shift representative and supports client and field execution interface.
• Establishes execution priorities and assists with budget management within assigned responsibilities.
