Job summary

Fabcon is seeking a Concrete Patcher to join our on-site patching crew in the Midwest. Starting at $20 per hour, you will perform general construction labor to finish/patch precast concrete panels and follow the Patching Crew Foreperson's directions.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of construction experience, ability to work from heights, and a valid driver’s license. Grinder operation and concrete finishing experience are a plus; safety and teamwork are

Qualifications

• Ability to carry out simple and complex verbal instructions.
• Must work well with others and maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Ability to work from heights (ladders, aerial platforms).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Concrete finishing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes general construction labor tasks to finish/patch precast concrete panels.
• Takes work direction from Patching Crew Foreperson.
• Operates a grinder as required.
• Maintains safety procedures and uses materials efficiently.
• Performs related duties as assigned by foreperson.
