Job summary

P4 Companies in Chicago is seeking a security Concierge for night shift to serve residents and visitors of high-rise properties. You will provide reception, access control, patrol the property, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and clear communication with residents, staff, and security teams, with a schedule of Wednesday to Sunday, 11pm to 7am.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of exceptional customer experience.
• Active driver’s license.
• MVR conducted.
• Active PERC Card.
• Basic 20 Hour certificate.
• Excellent proficiency in professional communications; phone, in writing, and in person.
• Self starter, accountability for daily tasks, attention to detail; able to patrol property exterior at night, independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors of high rise properties.
• Perform site-specific duties including lobby and visitor reception and other tasks.
• Conduct routine security patrols (rover duties) and monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards.
• Identify threats, unsafe conditions, hazards, and emergencies and report as required.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment by following security protocols and policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and security teams for smooth operations.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and other security-related responsibilities.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns.
• Document and report security incidents, maintenance issues, and patrol observations.
