Job summary

Sarasota Bay Club in Florida, a premier luxury retirement community, is seeking a Full-Time Member to join our housekeeping team. You will clean residential homes and common areas to SOPs, stock carts, and record updates in the work order system.

The ideal candidate has housekeeping experience, communicates effectively in English, and maintains a courteous, professional appearance. We offer PTO, insurance options, 401(k) matching, and ESL on campus, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Housekeeping experience required.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively with Housekeeping team, residents and departments.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes and common areas per SOPs and daily schedule.
• Equip housekeeping cart with supplies and restock as needed.
• Document notes and status in the work order system.
• Follow housekeeping policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will provide quality and timely cleaning of common areas and residential homes. Contribute to the department by demonstrating a courteous and positive attitude, professional conduct and maintaining a professional appearance. Primary Duties:

• Clean residential homes and common areas according to Standard Operating Procedures and daily schedule within allotted time frame
• Equip housekeeping cart with supplies at the beginning and end of shift and restock cart as needed throughout the day
• Utilize work order system to document notes, status updates and when order is completed
• Follow Housekeeping principles, policies, and procedures

Required Education/Experience:

• High School diploma or GED
