Job summary

Sarasota Bay Club, a premier luxury retirement community, is hiring a Full-Time Member to join our housekeeping team. The role focuses on cleaning residential homes and common areas to meet SOPs and schedules, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm shift and comprehensive benefits including PTO.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and prior housekeeping experience, plus strong communication and English language skills to engage with residents and staff in a courteous, professional

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Housekeeping experience required.
• Must work cooperatively and communicate effectively with Housekeeping team, residents and all departments.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes and common areas according to SOPs and daily schedule within allotted time frame.
• Equip housekeeping cart with supplies at the beginning and end of shift and restock as needed throughout the day.
• Utilize work order system to document notes, status updates and when order is completed.
• Follow Housekeeping principles, policies, and procedures.
