Job summary

McKesson is seeking an Overnight Computer Room Support Rep at the Ruther Glen, VA distribution center. You will monitor order activity, print high-volume shipment manifests, and assist invoicing while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

This role operates in a dedicated night computer room with Sunday through Thursday shifts starting at 5:00 PM / 6:00 PM. You’ll gain experience in order processing, documentation control, and performance reporting, contributing to reliable distribution and

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Basic computer skills with office software experience.
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

Release and monitor customer orders, review activity, and resolve issues affecting delivery.
Operate printers and produce shipment manifests and documentation for outbound loads.
Validate shipment information, generate invoices, and investigate billing discrepancies.
Create and distribute operational reports and maintain data in business systems.
Monitor hardware, coordinate maintenance or escalation to reduce downtime.
Maintain security, audit, and compliance records per requirements.
Collaborate with Operations, Transportation, Customer Service, Security, and site leadership.
