Job summary

Pharmavite in Alabama is seeking a manufacturing operator to support production of gelatin and encapsulated products. You will load materials, monitor machines, and ensure quality and safety standards throughout the process.

The role requires precise record-keeping, adherence to SOPs, and the ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment. Overtime may be required as part of a Total Rewards package including benefits.

Responsibilities

• Receives bulk materials and feeds ingredients into automated equipment per SOPs and monitors production flow.
• Maintains sanitary conditions of equipment and work area; cleans, disassembles/reassembles pumps and mixers as required.
• Keeps accurate batch logs and uses a computer to enter data and retrieve information.
• Operates drum lifter, forklift, and pallet jack to move materials and products.
• Prepares outside vendor orders and transfers products to containers for shipping.
• Adheres to safety guidelines, GMPs, and company procedures; performs other duties as assigned.
