Job summary

RogersHood Apothecary is seeking a dependable Encapsulation Operator to operate encapsulation equipment and manufacture capsule products in a GMP-compliant facility in Arkansas. The role focuses on maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing experience, and a willingness to learn cGMP requirements and SOPs. Training and growth opportunities are provided as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum manufacturing/production experience required.
• Experience with encapsulation or similar production equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to learn cGMP requirements and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate encapsulation equipment per SOPs and production schedules.
• Perform inspections, line clearance, and verify materials before production.
• Record batch production docs and equipment logs accurately.
• Conduct in-process quality checks on weight, appearance, and fill.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas.
• Assist with changeovers, inventories, and audits.
