Job summary

Nature’s Fusions LLC in Orem, UT is seeking an Encapsulation Operator to operate, clean, and maintain encapsulation machines in a GMP-compliant environment. The role includes setting up equipment, performing in-process quality checks, and maintaining clean production spaces to ensure high-quality capsules and batch records.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, attention to detail, and willingness to cross-train in related areas. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and understand English SOPs and GMPs per FDA 21 CFR Part 111.
• Proficient in basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and percentages.
• Experience with encapsulation equipment preferred.
• Detail-oriented with mechanical aptitude and problem-solving.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to business needs.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate encapsulation machines and inspection equipment per SOPs and GMPs.
• Set up and disassemble encapsulation equipment for production and cleaning.
• Perform in-process quality checks including capsule weight and visuals.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and production area per sanitation standards.
• Train new operators and cross-train in other areas.
• Prepare room for next shift and document downtime.
• Follow safety and PPE requirements at all times.
