Job summary

Safran Aerospace Composites in Rochester, NH is seeking a Bonding Process Operator to perform bonding, layup, and related duties in the fan blade or fan case value streams. This second shift position runs Monday–Thursday, 3:15pm–1:15am.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, precision measurement skills, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions. Candidates should have strong teamwork and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Bond layup, vacuum bagging, and related bonding tasks.
• Follow step-by-step work instructions using computer systems.
• Inspect work per shop procedures and instructions.
• Perform preventive maintenance as required by PM charts.
• Record part parameters with precise measuring tools.
• Use hand tools and air/pneumatic tools as needed.
• Document deviations via the MRR process and support corrective actions.
• Adhere to OSHA safety rules and wear PPE as required.
• Handle hazardous materials safely and move loads as needed.
