Job summary

GBMC HealthCare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support nurses in delivering compassionate patient care on a busy Baltimore unit. Under direct supervision, you will assist with daily living activities, safety checks, and routine tasks while documenting observations in the electronic medical record.

The role requires a high school diploma, Maryland CNA registration (I or II) and CPR certification, with preferred six months of direct care experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maryland CNA I or CNA II registration and CPR certification.
• Experience in direct patient care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under nurse supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living and meals.
• Monitor vitals and report changes to nurses.
• Maintain clean, stocked patient rooms and observe infection control.
