Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide care, comfort and safety for assigned patients under direct supervision of a nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, hygiene, feeding) as needed.
• Observe patients, report changes to nursing staff, and document vital signs and intake/output.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and patient transportation.
• Maintain clean and stocked patient rooms and utilize electronic medical records as required.
