Kitchen Guard of Orlando is seeking a Lead Technician in overnight Hood & Exhaust Cleaning to join our crew in maintaining NFPA 96 standards. You will oversee site setup, power wash exhausts, perform equipment maintenance, and manage site takedown while leading a small team.

Shift: Overnight (8-10 PM check-in, 4-6 AM check-out)

About the Role

As the Lead Technician - Hood & Exhaust Cleaning Technician, you will be part of our overnight crew in cleaning and maintaining commercial kitchen exhaust systems to NFPA 96 fire safety standards. You'll oversee job site setup, power washing kitchen exhausts, equipment maintenance, and site takedown. You will drive operational excellence, safety, and team performance.
