CBRE Government and Defense is seeking a night-shift Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas. Responsibilities include mopping, sweeping, restocking supplies, and cleaning windows and surfaces with standard procedures.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of custodial experience. Candidates should be reliable, capable of teamwork, and able to work independently as needed.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience is required.
• Any relevant certifications in maintenance, safety, or facilities operations are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas as designated by supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment; move and rearrange furniture as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with cleaners and squeegees.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stored safely at all times.
• Follow standardized cleaning processes per company standards.
• Adhere to procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment.
