CBRE Government and Defense is seeking a GDS Commercial Cleaner to perform basic cleaning tasks across assigned areas, including mopping, sweeping, and trash disposal. This day shift, full-time role supports high-traffic spaces with attention to safety and standard procedures.

Responsibilities include stocking restrooms, cleaning surfaces, and maintaining supply inventories. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma and 2 years of related experience, with no specific certifications

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience
• Experience in facilities, maintenance, custodial, or a similar field preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily cleaning in high-traffic areas as directed by supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and dust storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment including moving/rearranging furniture.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stored safely and securely.
• Follow standardized cleaning processes per company standards.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment safety.
• Attend regular staff meetings and trainings.
• Follow basic work routines and standards in application of work.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion
