Job summary

CBRE - Government & Defense is seeking a Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness across assigned areas. You will perform basic cleaning such as mopping, sweeping and trash disposal, ensuring spaces remain orderly and sanitary.

The role requires at least 2 years of related experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent, with opportunities to learn and follow company cleaning standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of job-related cleaning or custodial experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas of the building as designated by the supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
• Dust furniture, walls and equipment, including moving and rearranging furniture as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using cleaners and squeegees.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Attend staff meetings and required in-service training sessions.
