CBRE Government and Defense is seeking a part-time Commercial Cleaner for the night shift to maintain building cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities include daily cleaning in high-traffic areas, restocking supplies, and following safety procedures.

The role supports building operations and requires adherence to established standards. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related experience; preference for facilities or custodial background.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in facilities, maintenance, custodial, or similar field is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas designated by the supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment including moving furniture as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with cleaners and tools.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stored safely.
• Complete standardized cleaning processes per company standards.
• Follow procedures for use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Attend regular staff meetings and required training sessions.
• Follow established work routines and^ apply basic procedures.
