Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a coating operator for its Fairport Harbor, OH facility. The role involves leading machine set ups, changeovers, and coordinating PMs on a coating line in a 6:55 PM to 7:00 AM rotating shift. You will handle material loading, cycle control, and product testing while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Load raw material into the machine and unload finished product.
• Determine and control the machine cycle, adjusting as needed.
• Perform tests and inspect product using standard measuring devices.
• Meet production schedules and program production sequences for productivity.
• Follow SOPs and monitor meters, gauges, valves, and related controls.
• Maintain production records and logs of equipment and product performance.
• Support safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
