Job summary

HCA HealthONE Swedish is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Surgical Reconstruction unit, full-time nights in Colorado. The CNC ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all unit functions during the shift, guiding staff and aligning with organizational goals for exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities include admission/discharge coordination, quality assessment, staff development, scheduling, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• RN license/certification as required by Colorado DORA or multi-state eligibility.
• ACLS required.
• BLS/CPR training up to date.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality patient care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of quality of care in the unit.
• Collaborates with managers to create teamwork that improves outcomes and service.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when needed.
• Oversees staff scheduling and labor utilization per patient care needs.
