Job summary

HCA HealthONE Aurora is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to lead nursing care during the designated shift and coordinate unit functions. The CNC collaborates with management to monitor quality of care and drives initiatives for improved patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

The role requires Colorado RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS, pediatric certifications (NRP, TNCC, ENPC), and leadership experience in emergency nursing. BSN preferred; extensive experience welcomed.

Qualifications

Current Colorado RN licensure or active multistate license.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
NRP certification required.
TNCC and ENPC within 6 months of hire date; ENPC not required for renewal.

Responsibilities

Ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during the shift.
Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care per policies/procedures.
Collaborate with management to improve outcomes and throughput.
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and staff development.
Manage inventory and supplies in the unit.
