Job summary

HCA HealthONE Swedish is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions. The CNC partners with management to monitor nursing care and serves as a resource for staff, ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

In this role you will work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, assist with admissions/discharges, support improved outcomes, coach staff, and help with staff scheduling.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• RN license valid in Colorado (DORA) or Multi State licensure.
• Bachelor's degree or RN diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of hospital acute Stepdown/PCU experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved outcomes and service with leadership and subject-matter experts.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
