Job summary

Campbell Fittings, part of the Ideal Tridon Group, is seeking a CNC Setup/Operator for the 3rd shift in Boyertown, PA. The role requires prior CNC machine operating experience in a manufacturing setting and a strong mechanical aptitude. Monday–Friday schedule with a 11:00pm–7:00am shift.

The candidate will set up and run multiple CNC lathes, read blueprints, adjust tooling, and ensure quality throughout the production process while adhering to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of working in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of CNC machine operator experience.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate CNC lathes to perform turning, boring, grooving, chamfering, threading, facing, and cut-off on various metals.
• Read blueprints and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other gauges.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all PPE rules.
• Notify supervisor of problems and assist in maintaining stock of tooling and parts.
