Job summary

Campbell Fittings, part of the Ideal Tridon Group, is seeking a CNC Setup/Operator for the 3rd shift in Boyertown, PA. The candidate will operate multiple CNC lathes, interpret blueprints, and ensure parts meet quality checks.

Responsibilities include tool changes, cycle-time optimization, and maintaining an orderly, safe work area. Experience in a manufacturing setting is required, with strong teamwork and computer skills a plus.

Qualifications

• CNC machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Able to work in a busy open-floor environment and in a team or solo setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 1–5 CNC lathes for turning, boring, grooving, threading, and finishing on various metals.
• Read blueprints and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Adjust tool offsets and machine programs to meet cycle times and quality specs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE requirements.
